Central NY man who had over 20 child pornography videos, photos charged, prosecutors say

Auburn, N.Y. — A Central New York man found with over 20 child pornography videos and photos has been arrested, prosecutors said.
Discord, an online messaging platform, alerted authorities that there were four child pornography videos found on an account, according to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Authorities determined the account belonged to Andrew Wilbur, 26, prosecutors said. The children in the video range in age from eight to 14, they said.
